Pilot terms.

The service

Auctra and SeerFlow are products of Tetheric Systems Private Limited. SeerFlow is the current pilot brand for Auctra. Auctra provides an invitation-based hosted workspace with projects, chats and saved assets. It supports public brand research, idea development, AI-assisted creative and source-code drafts, account discovery and selection, publishing preparation and human review.

Feature availability depends on the configured services, provider approvals and your account permissions. The pilot may have incomplete features, interruptions or changing limits. Contact hitarthdesai01@gmail.com about access or support.

Your accounts and materials

Use only workspaces, brands and accounts you are authorized to manage. Provide materials you have permission to use, and obtain any permissions needed for names, likenesses, logos, customer information and other third-party content.

You retain your rights in the materials you supply. Auctra needs to process those materials through the services described in the privacy notice to perform the work you request. Public availability does not automatically give you permission to reuse a source’s content.

Keep credentials private. Provider sign-in does not make Auctra the owner of an account or authorize actions outside the permissions and work you have approved.

Review AI output before use

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Check factual claims, language, image details, source support, rights and platform requirements before using or approving it. Generated voices and fictional presenters should not be represented as real people endorsing your brand.

Research and creative suggestions are not guarantees of reach, revenue, regulatory compliance or campaign results. You are responsible for deciding whether a draft is appropriate for its intended audience.

Connections, publishing and budgets

Connecting an account allows the implemented features to use the permissions granted by that provider. It is not approval to send a message, publish a post or start advertising.

Supported Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook Page workflows can publish when the required account access is granted and you approve the exact saved content, media, identity and time. Auctra distinguishes preparation, provider acceptance, confirmed publication and uncertain outcomes; a connection or calendar suggestion is not evidence that a post is live. Email sending, YouTube upload and paid-campaign activation are not enabled by preparing their drafts. A separately configured delivery service can also receive approved work; its setup and destination must be reviewed independently.

Any future paid campaign needs approval of its own destination, creative, schedule and advertising budget. A Auctra AI-generation allowance is separate from an advertising budget.

Third-party services

Your use of connected platforms is also governed by their applicable terms and account rules. Auctra cannot grant access that a provider has not approved or override your account’s permissions.

Auctra uses YouTube API Services for its optional YouTube connection. By using the YouTube-connected features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Information sent to AI, research and optional media or delivery services follows the processing described in the privacy notice. Provider availability, processing charges and account restrictions can affect the work.

Ending access and requesting deletion

You can disconnect accounts in Auctra and manage provider grants in the provider’s own settings. Google disconnect attempts revocation and removes identified connection data; Google’s revocation can also affect other services using the same account and app project. Check the returned result and use Google settings if revocation is not confirmed. Signed Meta/Instagram callbacks can remove matching connection-derived data and return a status receipt; they do not delete your login, workspace, user-authored work or posts already published. Follow the data deletion instructions to request removal of saved work. Disconnecting alone does not remove all workspace information or content previously sent elsewhere.

These pilot terms were updated on 21 September 2026. This information site does not enroll you in a paid service or purchase advertising. Any commercial pricing, additional contractual terms and their effective date will be supplied separately before a paid engagement.
